Health Coaching with Gary

Gary is an experienced and qualified Health Coach (RSPH accredited Diploma in Behaviour Change for Health and Wellbeing), and works in his friendly, human-centered way to support people in finding significant improvement in their health and well-being through making small yet lasting lifestyle changes.
Having also completed several training courses in Motivational Interviewing and Yoga Therapy, and brings 8 years’ experience in helping people through teaching 121 yoga and meditation, Gary brings all this together with his oftentimes playful and humourous nature coupled with a deeply compassionate view of this human experience to be the knowledgeable and understanding ally we all sometimes could do with in this life.

We would work on a 121 basis, either via video call, telephone or in person. Each session explores the change(s) that you want to make, including weight loss, healthier eating, drinking less alcohol, tackling smoking habits or anything you feel called to bring. A minimum of three sessions is recommended in order to notice real, significant changes, however one-off sessions are available if this feels right to you.
