This is the yoga retreat for those who have never tried yoga before, as well as anyone who wishes to return to the basics or those seeking a relaxed and light-hearted yoga retreat. Escape with us to the Spanish coast to indulge in sunshine, yoga, meditation, rest, wild beaches and slow-living.

The accommodation is situated within La Manga Club, a 5 star golf and tennis resort sheltered by mountains and with stunning sea views. Everything here is quiet, safe and easy, allowing for switching off at a deep level.

There are a handful of different beaches within walking distance, including several wild beaches that are accessible only by foot.

£330 pp. for a twin shared room (or double for couples).
£375 pp. for a shared en-suite/ balcony room (twin bed, or double for couples).

Bathrooms are shared between two rooms, except for the en suite bedrooms which have a private bathroom with a bath as well as a shower.

Included: all yoga and accommodation, including outdoor heating swimming pool and sun terraces. Yoga mats, towels and beach towels provided.

Excludes flights to Murcia (23 miles from accommodation), meals and transfers (we can help to arrange these).

Murcia airport is 23 miles from La Manga, roughly a 35 minute drive. We’d recommend a taxi or hire car, and we can help to arrange these.

This is a self-catered yoga retreat.

You will be sharing a kitchen between max. 6 guests and there are two large dining tables at which to eat - one indoors and one outdoors.

Free filtered water is available at the villa, and there is a supermarket less than 10 minutes’ walking distance and many restaurants, cafes and bars to choose from.
